“Fake News”: “The Shining Forces of Idlib Democracy” = Al Qaeda Terrorists backed by Turkish Army

The shining forces of Idlib democracy are crushing the Assad regime’s brutal aggression in eastern Idlib dealing blow after blow to the pro-government sectarian militias so cynically backed by Teheran and Moscow… at least according to mainstream media.

Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, the Turkistan Islamic Party and other peaceful al-Qaeda groups backed by the Turkish Army entered Nayrab on the evening of February 24th and consolidated control over the village on February 25th. Since then, they’ve made hundreds of selfies and proclamations of victory. Pro-Turkish sources even claimed that the rebels advanced towards Saraqib.

However, no gains were made in this direction. Multiple reports of brutal Assad strikes on schools and hospitals also appeared. It remains somewhat unclear how the Syrian Air Force is capable of striking so precisely such targets in an area, where, according to the same sources, these had already been destroyed. In all likelihood, Turkish-led forces employ some kind of self-propelled civilian targets that they bring to the combat zone together with their own media teams.

However, something went unnoticed by the cameras of both Turkish and Western media. In southern Idlib, Syrian troops took control of Hass, Kafr Nabl, Bisaqla, Ba’rabu, Qiratah, Sahab, Qa’uri and Deir Sunbol. Kafr Nabl was the main strong point of Turkish-backed forces on this part of the frontline. Its fall marks the collapse of the group’s defences in the area.

According to pro-government sources, in the coming days Syrian troops are planning to clear the area of Zawiyah Mountain and to shorten the frontline on the administrative border between the provinces of Idlib and Lattakia. When this is done, the Syrian Army and its allies will be able to advance further towards the M4 highway.

The Syrian Army also shot down an unmanned combat aerial vehicle belonging to the Turkish Air Force over the Dadikh area. The downed drone was identified as a TAI Anka. This is a family of unmanned aerial vehicles developed for the Turkish Armed Forces. Pro-Assad sources brazenly claimed that the drone was used to support members of al-Qaeda. However, all Turkish outlets clearly knew that it was there to deliver humanitarian aid.

Meanwhile, Turkish state media has finally come up with an explanation for how Turkish military equipment could appear in the hands of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham. So, now we know that Turkey does not deliver equipment to the terrorist group. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham members just accidentally “jump in” to it prior to battle.

“Moderates” never existed except as an “intelligence” agency narrative to protect and arm all the terrorists. “Rebels” never existed except as an “intelligence” agency ploy to falsely portray a Regime Change war as a “revolution” or a “civil war”.

Prof. Tim Anderson explains that the “moderate rebel” myth was part of a Story B (1) in which non-existent “moderate al Qaeda” were said to be fighting extremist (al Qaeda/ISIS). According to this intelligence agency myth, the former therefore deserved to be fortified and rescued and protected and armed with weapons of mass destruction.

The fabricated narratives were and are a smokescreen to conceal the fact that the West supports all of the terrorists, covertly and overtly, and always did.

Zuckerberg Obsessed With Roman Leaders, Shouted ‘Domination!’ at Facebook Meetings, New Book Claims

Steven Levy, author of the book ‘Facebook: The Inside Story’, reveals new secrets about the character of Facebook’s chief executive and the way he participates in running the giant social media and technology company.

A new book written by tech journalist Stephen Levy claims that Facebook founder and director, Mark Zuckerberg, used to shout "Domination!" at the end of company staff meetings, according to the Times.

The book, published Tuesday, reportedly claims that the young entrepreneur once stated in Latin that “Google must be destroyed” in reference to the Roman leader Cato the Elder, who ended his Senate speeches by calling for Rome’s nemesis to be destroyed, saying “Carthago delenda est”.

The book, which includes hundreds of interviews from former and current insiders, as well as an earlier private journal of Zuckerberg's that he titled the 'Book of Change', sheds light on the rise of Facebook, which now boasts over 2.9 billion users, a number that includes users of subsidiary companies WhatsApp and Instagram.

Levy, in his book, claims that the 35-year-old billionaire used to shout "Domination!" as a way to help him overcome his fear of speaking to large groups of people. The author suggested that the use of the rallying cry was intended to be "in the spirit of the ancient leaders who had so long ago captured [Zuckerberg’s] imagination", according to The Times.

"It was tongue in cheek but he also meant it. And it was inspiring," Katie Geminder, a former engineering manager for Facebook in its early days, reportedly told the author.

Sean Parker, one of the company’s first investors, reportedly advised Zuckerberg at least once to be careful using the word 'domination', as it could be cited in a competition lawsuit.

Zuckerberg is known to be obsessed with the Roman emperor Augustus, Julius Caesar’s great-nephew and adopted son, and has named one of his children August.

The author cited insiders who claimed that when Google launched its rival Google Plus social network in 2011, the Zuckerberg held a general staff meeting in which he stated that “Google must be destroyed”. Following that meeting, staff reportedly produced posters to be displayed in company offices proclaiming the Latin slogan.

Levy also claims that Zuckerberg told him that as a child he used to create societies with Ninja Turtles toys and “kind of model out how they’d interact with each other and things like that. I was just very interested in how systems worked like that”.

As part of his obsession with Roman emperors, the young billionaire developed a unique ‘Roman version’ of the world-conquest strategy game ‘Risk’. “Zuckerberg’s digital version was set in the age of the Roman Empire. You’d try to beat Julius Caesar. Zuckerberg always won,” the book reads.

NEW YORK – A Hungarian national, who has pending charges for sex trafficking and previous sex convictions was arrested last week by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) during ongoing enforcement efforts in New York City and the surrounding region, targeting at-large criminal aliens, illegal re-entrants and other immigration violators.

“Based on the agendas by state and local politicians, irresponsible laws and policies have placed the safety and lives of the citizens of New York in peril. Regardless of the dangers and obstacles that these laws present, ICE officers are first and foremost focused on removing criminal aliens from the community as this arrest clearly demonstrates,” said Thomas R. To Stop the Current Short Sale Attack on the Stock Market President Trump Must Reinstate the Uptick Rule

President Trump needs to reinstate the uptick rule to stop the short seller attack on the market. The uptick rule worked great from 1938 to 2007. The current modified uptick rule in place since 2010 doesn’t work. Reinstate the uptick rule and stop the short seller attack.

The Uptick Rule in place from 1938 to 2007 prevented a short sale of a stock unless the previous trade caused an increase in price (an “uptick”). It was put in place by the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 in response to the stock market crash in the Great Depression to prevent future attacks on the market by short sellers.

The rule was eliminated by the SEC in 2007, and the market crash of 2008-09, which was in part a short seller attack, followed almost immediately. The resulting crash absolutely helped Democrats win in a landslide in 2008.

In response, the SEC introduced the “Alternative Uptick Rule” (Rule 201) in 2010, “which imposes restrictions on short selling only when a stock has triggered a circuit breaker by experiencing a price decline of at least 10 percent in one day.”

In the current market decline, individual stocks are falling less than 10% each day, so they are not triggering the short selling uptick restriction. Stocks are declining 2%, 3%, 4% or 5% each day for several days in a row, but not 10% in one day, so the short seller attack on the market can continue.

The modified uptick rule only kicks in after a stock has fallen 10% in a single day. That doesn’t work. Stocks are falling 2% to 5% per day for consecutive days and so are not triggering the uptick restriction.

Reinstate the old uptick rule, and the short sellers will not longer be able to attack the market and cause the dramatic declines we have been seeing.

A former top aide to Benjamin Netanyahu told police that the prime minister once racked up a $24,000 dinner tab at a Moscow restaurant and sent the check to a billionaire friend dining nearby while on an official visit to the Russian capital.

The alleged incident took place in 2010, according to a transcript published Thursday by Channel 13 of a police interrogation of former Netanyahu spokesman Nir Hefetz as part of the corruption investigations into the premier.

Israel advances plans for nearly 1,800 new settlement homes days before election

The Defense Ministry body responsible for authorizing settlement construction green-lit plans for nearly 1,800 Israeli homes in the West Bank on Thursday.

Of the 1,739 homes advanced by the Civil Administration’s High Planning Subcommittee, 1,036 were cleared through an early planning stage known as “deposit” and 703 received final approval for construction throughout the West Bank.

Thursday’s session came less than two months after the previous one, marking an increase in the frequency of the committee’s meetings, which, based on unofficial rules instituted upon US President Donald Trump’s 2017 entry into the White House, have only taken place four times a year.

A Civil Administration spokesman said the political echelon is responsible for convening the High Planning Subcommittee, but a spokesman for Defense Minister Naftali Bennett did not respond to The Times of Israel’s request for comment.
