uptick rule is not going to change the way the system does it's deed's. Put back Glass-Steagall, re-write the stock act. Make these assholes do a real daily settling-not half-assed with all the failures to deliver that has existed for years.It would be better off if they actually enforced what little rules they still have, Until the SEC is taken out to the back and shot in the ball sack, multiple times, these games will continue. I can't tell you what to do but what I can tell you is that I would take a portion of that pile-if it were mine- and buy some phyzz Ag. Trading in the markets is not like it used to be-you have to watch it all the time now and you are at the back end of a very long line , algorythmically speaking. If you do buy equity find ones that are liquid (trades many shares a day) so you can get good entry and exit without waiting for a book to update with enough shares to fill your order(s). As far as I will go but I would take a look at the SP500 for ops there. They have had lower vols on this drop than the other's. Can't go any further then that. Good luck
