MUST be a Natural Born Citizen, that means born on American soil.

 

US President Cannot be Foreign born with naturalization.

 

That is incorrect. A US citizen, is not necessarily a Naturally Born US citizen. To be a Naturally Born US Citizen, both of your parents must have been US Citizens at the time of your birth.

Obama never should have even been allowed to run for POTUS. He did not meet the criteria.

 

Although Obama is a US Citizen, he is not a Naturally Born US Citizen bc his father was not a US citizen at the time of his birth.

It is beyond me how the guy even got elected in the first place. Twice! He was never eligible to be POTUS. Surely the C!A could have found a different Manchurian Candidate that actually met the eligibility requirements.

But then again, they did pull it off. At least for now anyways.

Everything the guys ever touched as POTUS should be made null and void.

That is my thought as well.

They consider themselves so far above the law that laws don't matter to them and they can do whatever they want.

Kind of like an "in your face", "what are you going to do about it?" bully mentality.

I am looking forward to seeing them fall flat on their faces!

Where he was born is not the issue.

If both of his parents were US Citizens at the time of his birth is all that matters. He could have been born on the moon and he would still be a US citizen.

The whole born on US soil is not even constitutionally valid, that's why we have a bunch of illegal anchor babies.

Babies born to illegals on US soil should not be US citizens.

The 14th amendment that is cited to justify applied to slaves who had been freed being considered US citizens.
