Someone twatted Hotwheels claiming the terms for extradition include offenses that hold punishments to year or more. He said Criminal Libel in the US is 6mo-yr and therefore disqualified for extradition. Lawfags, any truth to this?
I think he was alluding that the punishment has to be punishable at least a year in both P and US in order to expedite. It is apparently 6 months to 1 year here, which according to that twatter, disqualifies him from being expedited.
