I believe cyber-libel in the Philippines is 6+ years in prison. Not sure they will seek it, but it does seem to be serious enough of an offense for them to be interested in dragging him back.
Trump raises money for St. Jude Children Research Hospital. That tells me they are legitimate. Maybe consider donating to them.
