the "Smollett style" noose on the locker story seems a bit over the top to my mind.
Milwaukee may be segregated, but people are respectful and treat each other kindly - we live and work together with no issues….hell we all went (and still do go) to school together as children (what with the bussing programs in place since the '70's) There may be racism, but I've never witnessed it, and especially never in a workplace.
I call bullshit on the racism narrative. I do wonder who helped this guy over the edge.
