I don't know how the Supreme Court would rule; but the fact is, Ted Cruz was born in Canada to a mom who records show was on the Canadian voter records. To me that would be a bit of a "hurdle" to him become a legitimate POTUS in a lot of people's eyes. Therefore, it being a matter of constitutional law whether he can serve as president a ruling would be best. (Especially if the truth about where Obama was born becomes more widely public.)
