I lived in Milwaukee about 20 years ago and I can tell you for a fact, back then there were some black people who really hated white people. Would rather spit on them than have to talk to them.

Black people are not afraid to show their disdain for white people, whereas, white people have been shamed into submission.
Whenever one group is singled out to be celebrated, every other group feels slighted.

What matters is if your parents are US citizens at the time of your birth.

Natural Born Citizen does not mean that you were born in the United States.
Natural Born Citizen means that both of your parents were US citizens at the time of your birth.

US citizen is not the same as natural born citizen and is not the same as naturalized citizen.
There are distinctions. A person can be a US Citizen without being a Natural Born US Citizen.
