I think they are putting the cart before the horse. You have to get rid of the bodies. How do they plan on doing that and where is the equipment? If it were up to me I would load them on a barge and dump them in the middle of the ocean. You would bring the population of fish up pretty quick by feeding them and not catching them. This would restore some of the ocean's ecosystem. There are going to be a lot of houses to bulldoze too. As a globalist, I would find these an eyesore. Then you are going to have to go on a worldwide resources reclamation to pick up all of the vehicles that are left over. The junk yards would have to be equipped with a lot of robotics and upgrades.
Also you would have to have some sort of clone army incubated in Antarctica trained to round up slave labor and shoot on site anyone who doesn't have a strong back. The electrical grid would have to be maintained in some parts but not if they had their cold fusion teams that would fly around the world maintaining the hubs of the new Atlantians.
Maintaining eyes on the sheep would be a lot easier with this new 5G satellite system and drones running with AI. You could target several resistant pockets from the sky with these remote snipers and they could run 24/7 like the new Skynet.
After the dust settles and the NWO religion is established you could just keep the people in a new world without internet and this type of stuff won't happen again.

I actually have an ozone generator that I run a few times a week. I use Sal's Suds to do any cleaning that requires soap.
