The message of the prophets in the Old Testament is exactly the same as the New Testament prophets, which is exactly the same today. The message is unchanging. The Lords says, Be like me. Requires no religious net of any sort.
An interesting note regarding Wizard of Oz and the ruby red slippers…in the book Dorothy’s shoes were silver slippers. The director of the movie changed them to red claiming that the audience would not be able to see the silver.
The day or the hour that the old will be thrown down as the new is raised up knows no man, not even the angels in heaven, but the Father only. Until it happens to you, then you know too.
We eat God. God eats us. It’s true!
