I recall seeing a news article that Bill Barr is more based about our Constitution than many have thought. In the article he said that each State should be the allowed to set it's own policy regarding Cannabis. Taking it off schedule 1, like alcohol is would work.
This would remove a sizable portion of voter power they think they have ownership of.
