Isn't there anything in the Bill of Rights or Constitution about enemy combatants on US Soil?

Ok, I finally feel like I've made sense of this whole thing.
Group A, B, C, D
These four groups are different races, so we'll go with what we know.
Asian, White, Black, Brown
Each of these groups are the controlling family of their "people" so to speak. I won't go into further detail here as to not confuse shit.
These four controlling families have unlimited wealth and play a game with civilizations where they build up, occupy top positions, get the people of group A to blame the people of Groups B,C and D for their problems when it's really a single family at the top that is to blame for all their problems.
Hitler may have set out with good intention, but his initial scorn and subsequent movment (ie: le' nazi party… won't go into this either) but this controlling group siezed control and directed the people of groups B,C and D against the people of group A.
Substitute Jews, Christians, Muslims and Chinese for Groups A, B, C and D.
This makes sense, this is how it ties together. Nothing else I've come up with ties it all together. These 4 groups = 1 group in reality but like to appear as 4 different groups. They get off on buillding up empires and then pining the people against each other while they laugh behind the scenes. They have gotten away with this for 1000's of years because they have owned all forms of communications. If we can't talk to each other (the poeple of each group) we can only know what we are told.
