Actually, I didn't know–I get busy and it's difficult to keep up with everything. That, and I tend to focus on just a few things at any given time.

Haven't been to Voat for awhile, I'll check out that link.

I've been trying to see if Q has been using steganography to give us crumbs–it was a total dead end when Q first started, but I'm seeing promising signs now.

The most obvious difference is that the original post is larger in dimension, yet smaller in file size. They're also different file formats, which could explain part of that–I'll have to look into it after I'm done examining the latest flag files.

Pic related is Q's image on top of the original .jpg, proportionally scaled to the same width, using a "difference" blend in Photoshop. You can see that there's a little cut off the top, and a bit more at the bottom. In a "difference" blend, darker areas represent places where the two images match–you can see that it's really, really close. When you get results like this, it's usually due to artifacts that come about from things like using different types of image compression (which we know happened here b/c of the different formats and sizes).

Anyway, ty for the info; I'll keep it in mind :)
