Pretty sure the 2.12.09/HRC reference has to do with the death/murder/assassination of Justice Scalia, who was found dead in his bed on that date at Cibolo Ranch in Texas, where he had gone for a hunting weekend. There is a very incriminating email between John Podesta and a Hillary staffer in which Podesta references "wetwork", which is a euphemism for murder or assassination.
