I can agree that a majority of people are pretty tough. I can't say that the majority are mentally and emotionally stable. I think that that's the plan all along, needing clean platforms for presentation is the current issue. And even then, have you seen people watch sports on TV? Or "slight overreaction" to the verdict re: the 4 cops from the Rodney King situation? The reaction is still as visceral when TV is showing it, don't underestimate the power of TV. Now imagine that reaction nationwide, taken out of doors, people mad as hell and not taking it anymore. Avoiding that would be ideal, hard to stop if that were to gain momentum.

Just start with coverage of the trials out of the blue, no lead up, not warning, just start airing them. Prior to the suspected just slowly disappear from the public eye w/o any noise, arrested & held under the radar (which is what I suspect will happen with the most high-profile ones anyway), and BOOM, all of a sudden they how up live on trial surprising everyone, including us! People will be in such a WTF zone that they'll HAVE to watch and find out why
