They didn't forget. They treat you as competition. Shit, they treat their own children as competition. Their parent's generation died off so now they rebel against their kids instead like overgrown teeny-boppers.
I've never seen a generation that loves to stomp on the heads of those younger than them more than the baby boomers. I'm half their age and they insult and belittle me like I'm encroaching on their territory and threatening their very way of life simply by existing. They've been doing it since I was in high school a decade ago. It's very odd, I can't even get mad at this point. I think many of them have been so headfucked by MKUltra for their entire lives that they literally can't help it. I want to feel bad for them, but fuck do they make it hard. And they would never return the favor.
