Medical theories are just that usually based on research studies that really only observe criteria, behavior and statistics…for example my mother's generation (had kids in the sixties) were told to place their babies to sleep on their stomach, my generation (babies from mid nineties to early 2000's) were told to never put babies on their stomachs…don't remember why either way but my mother used her instinct as did I…me and my three siblings grew up pretty healthy and so did my two kids. Growing up it was advised to bundle kids up during the winter and flu and cold seasons, my friends parents who did this, those friends were always sick, me and my brothers would wear a coat maybe gloves but we ran around outside in the cold, in the heat played with dirt, climbed trees ate apples and pears, veggies from the garden right then and there off the tree and out of the ground, never had an issue. I believe that alot of true scientific discoveries have been hidden or only slightly revealed…..
Sometimes you can measure by looking at ones life experience for truth.
