those folks in the nursing home don't have Covid. They were given the flu shot and got non-influenza respiratory illness/Influenza-like respiratory illness (ILRI). They aren't properly testing the cases or aren't even testing them at all (following new bogus radiological diagnosis guidelines suggesting ground-glass like lesions could be used to rule in Covid.
