Sonoluminescent weapon that created a small bullet of plasma to target Oprah's skull and cause disorientation to the Equilibriosystem.
A sonoluminescent manifestation (bubble/void implosion point) can be seen above Oprah's head just before she fell. These weapons can create a sonoluminescent bullet that can cause blunt force trauma, disorientation, imbalance and vertigo, nausea, intestinal discomfort…and even death.
I imagine whoever used this weapon against Oprah had it on a very low setting, just enough to throw her off balance and give her a small physical nudge.
