Yeas ago Budweiser had a 'cherries' kind of aftertaste for me which was a good thing.

Over the years they bastardized the recipe in an effort to appeal to more and more of the masses in the pursuit of sales.

Like Coca-Cola substituting corn sugar for cane sugar in the mid 70s/early 80s, they ruin everything for profit.
