Mark notables by writing NOTABLE on a new line surrounded by two equal signs so it looks like this:

Then include the link, and a short headline so baker doesn't have to make up the headline. Don't abbreviate words or names that might be the target of a text search.
A good notable includes full sauce:
who, what, where, why, when
Text that can be searched
An archive link or screencap
A URL
