Background: Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique was created by Dolores Canon. In the 1950/60s she worked as a hypnotherapist. She was primarily using hypnosis to help people quit smoking or lose weight.
Every so often, she would experience a client going deeper into a state of trance than usual and they'd often describe seeing themselves living in the past, sometimes even as other creatures or on different planets. She decided to delver further with this and see what she could uncover.
She started to receive information and advice for how to improve her techniques from these "voices." Completely random people from all walks of life (who had no fore-knowledge) were all speaking as if she were talking to a single Source of information while under hypnosis. It became apparent that she was speaking to higher beings (what we would call ET's) who are able to communicate via the subconscious mind. In extreme brevity, the majority of intelligent life in the Universe exists in a higher frequency of matter/consciousness. It's easier for them to communicate with our minds than to come here physically.
Much of what they revealed to her over the years revolved around upcoming Earth changes. A period in time where there would be much chaos that would ultimately lead to an expansion of the human consciousness, the removal of dark forces, and a "New Earth" which would be like heaven on Earth. I have listened to dozens if not hundreds of recordings like this. The information is almost always spot on (as long as it is from one of the legitimate practitioners, of which there are many on YouTube). The beings are quite particular about what they reveal and when as they do not want it to influence our future.
They've revealed all sorts of information related to "aliens," life on other planets, the "real" history of Earth, an idea of what our future holds, and advice on living in ways that encourage good health.
