Article 2, Section one, Para 5 does not apply directly to a VP.
HOWEVER, since it could render the VP ineligible to assume the duties of the office of President in the event of incapacity on the part of the President, it would seem to either prohibit a VP who has not been a citizen 14 years from assuming the office of VP OR allow for the succession of government to skip directly to the Speaker of the House.
Best to argue this in moot court and not when the shtf and the answer matters immediately.
