the only fair thing is a one time national educational grant to all citizens paid for out of the proceeds of . . . . some deep state horde that is repatriated and brought back into the treasury, preferribly of those who were looting student loan dollars.

and the students who have loans would pay their back with that grant money. and those who didn't take the loans, they would get a windfall.

sounds rediculously expensive, but it would be the only fair way.

with nothing to those who had it all paid for by government of their work.

An audit of the whole student and training system going back 75 years with all the bond issues, who profited from those bond, would answer a lot of questions and provide insight into if the money was merely looted, or was it used for saleries and other stuff.

Once a clear picture emerges of where the cash did floow, and if iwas used to unduely enrichen some crowd of devious citizens (or non citizend) . . . then appropriate 'clawing back' from those parties should establish a fund for all Americans.

It's not going to be a lot of money.

paying off some phat student who took out 100K in loans . . . and kept going back for more and more . . . is just rewarding the broken system.

there must be an understanding of where all that money went. A grand audit going back generations . . . it might answer some other interesting questions too.
