The whole idea is that at some point, Soros took over/overthrew/ascended to take the responsibilities of the Vanderbilts.
The Vanderbilts managed the people of the US,
Now soros does.
What specific event allowed this to be so?
Q spoke clearly that soros was ruled by family Y, which was established as Vanderbilts.
And that Soros took over for family Y.
So how did he do so?
