Company does background checks on individuals. But they were recently sued due to alleged "shady" business practices bc they provide info which is supposed to have been "expunged, expuncted, and/or

sealed criminal records in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act."

Had to pay $525,000 in fines as a result. But apparently, they did not learn their lesson:

"Nothing else about their shady business practices changed at all—obviously—or Plaintiffs would not be here

today."

The plaintiffs are seeking a jury trial and various damages.
