Workers will follow corporate culture to stay employed, even if they disagree.
Especially middle managers, who have no choice but do as the upper management says, or walk.
If the workers knew someone who shared their views was coming to power in the corporation, would they not start towing the new corporate line in preps for his arrival?
To avoid being on the "list for workers that do not fit the company any longer"?
