Anons in that thread you converse with are a tiny fraction of all anons, worldwide who participate here. It would be a mistake to project agreement with one or two anons onto the whole. Tomorrow there may be anons who categorically reject your hypothesis.

He has gotten a LOT better, like orders of magnitude. He has been working with instead of dictating and using a positive approach gotten positive response and engagement. I'm proud of him, it's a big change.
