How do you introduce evidence legally?
Thinking about Corona deaths. I don't think all the Iranians are dead. If I was in their place I might use it as an opportunity to drop out and go underground.
The downside of this strategy is they can be killed "again" without any complaints.
Some are going to use it as a vehicle to try to escape Justice and go underground.
