5. Education Dept from Fed and States banned. County/Local only.

We can no longer live by a National Standard. The Fed negotiates trade deals, administers State Transport/Trade/Legal disputes, provides final decision jurisdiction for Federal Issues, provides for the National Defense.

Everything else, policing, urban, welfare, social security, etc… are unconstitutional. The Fed is a trade org and Justice system, nothing more.

We've been bamboozled. We must prune the Federal Government, root and branch, to the core.

The Feds have too much power. The States misuse the little power they have. The 'System' is out of kilter and floundering.
