THE MILITARY WAS DEPLETED

So… every time POTUS says "the military was depleted" - the word "depleted" sticks out as odd phrasing, and POTUS uses odd phrasing to draw attention to things he wants people to look into… SO, did we already dig this (must have) and if so, WHAT was the conclusion anons???

WHY "DEPLETED"?

Ummm… maybe I should have looked it up first…

"deplete, drain, exhaust, impoverish, bankrupt mean to deprive of something essential to existence or potency. deplete implies a reduction in number or quantity so as to endanger the ability to function."
