This is rather significant! Think of how many disillusioned Democrats, Independents (and even some Republicans) out there who HATED Bush/Cheney. It cements these crooks firmly on the side of the the corrupt establishment. I don't know if there's a better endorsement Trump could get than something like the old guard endorsing his opponent.
