Several days ago, anons noted the hesitant retirement of the top US Postal Service boss.
In a past bread, an anon posted a list of seventeen (yeah, 17) nominations POTUS sent to the Senate. Number Nine was for the USPS.

Seventeen Nominations Sent to the Senate
9) Donald Lee Moak, of Florida, to be a Governor of the United States Postal Service
It appears that Moak is an AFL-CIO guy; used to run the Airline Pilots' Association. The pilots' forum participants characterized him as an empire-builder, anti-competition, out-for-himself kind of guy.

Might other anons want to look at this guy a little more closely? The USPS is a very visible part of the federal bureaucracy - and the only part directly authorized by the Constitution. One would hope that POTUS would nominate a pro-Constitution person for that office rather than a pro-socialism (big-union) person.
