Biden would be controlled by his chief of staff.
Any VP he chooses will be a back room deal to either get enough delegates to win or get enough money donated to actually run a campaign. The VP pick will not get to do anything until plugs bites the big one or gets indicted by Ukraine.
This is all moot speculation because Trump is going to whup his ass big time!
