another way to 'pay back' the roths for all that Vienna gold would be to acquire Paper Currency of that era from Roth banks of an equivalent value as to what the gold would be back in the day. So, for example, they would get get paper money from 1938 or so Germany/ Vienna and since it came from their sources, their banks . . . then what could they possibly coplain about?
Maybe French 1938 or so goldbacked, actual paper money from the era issued by Roth banks (or bond issues).

I also believe that if fair is fair that one who has a gold clause note, or United States Note should be able to say 'I'd like to exchance this for what the terms of the note say'.
So if I have one of those Federal Reserve (and they did have it for a while) gold clause, say dated 1928 or whatever, and it's say 100 dollar bill, I should be able to go to one of those 12 buildings and they should exchange my authentic antique note for 5 20 dollar gold coins or equivalent weight in numismatic gold (it's high purity, but it's not 24 k because circulating 24k gold is foolish, it breaks too easily, it's too soft).
