I wonder how every other generation did it? People used to bring their children to the fields. People walked to work and didn’t have cars. Parents worked opposite shifts. Used cloth diapers. Bought doubles so half their mortgage was paid etc. etc. There was no money for extras.

Stop being a victim.

The problem is that Boomers aren’t extremely rich people. They have worked for 50 years to get enough to get by on in retirement. A small retirement. They put into the system all of those years as well. You want to take away from those people during their frail declining years. You want to tax them more to make your life easier. Then you call them selfish.

Vs.

During your young, healthy and most productive years you come with your hand out having not yet invested anything. Perhaps you are the selfish one?

You are trying to blame an average boomer for what the satanic elite has done. The regular boomer doesn’t have any money for you.

I had to count out the number of raisins my kids could eat. Worked up to 80 hours a week. Used cloth diapers. My kids went to the movies one time. Etc. etc. Never went on a vacation. I could go on and on. Eventually after decades things started to pick up.

But somehow by your standards I have it made? It was easy. I’m selfish.

btw Bernie isn’t going to win.

You are the one that determines how your life will be. As it stands now, your chances aren’t good. Why? Because you see yourself as a victim.
