So I've been wondering how we are going to stop illegal voting in California. I understand that you will need a REAL ID to vote at a polling station. But what is stopping them from voting by mail. You don't need a REAL id to vote that way. You just vote and mail. Nobody verifies who you are. Seems like a big vulnerability and I'm hoping we have something in place to handle this that I just don't know about.
