Why does the City of London owe no allegience to any country?

Why does the District of Columbia owe no allegience to any country?

Why does Vatican City owe no allegience to any country?

Owing no duty, one cannot be a traitor. Only an enemy.

My point was that Donald Trump does not want to conquer the world, and did not back Patton up in his wild ass idea to charge into millions of hardened Russian soldiers.

Because if Donald Trump wanted to do that, WWIII would not be a silent war.

I'll keep belonging here.

You keep being the other guy.

If you know a riddle, it's easier to see it the second time.

If you know the cypher, it's easier to break it the second time.

If you know the connection, it's easier to pick it out the second time.

If you know the code, it's easier to decode the second time.

Why do you think MilIntel goes to school first?

Only limit seems to be federal crimes only.

On May 29, 1787, Charles Pinckney introduced a proposal to give the chief executive the same pardon power as enjoyed by English monarchs, that is, complete power with the exception of impeachment. Some delegates argued that treason should be excluded from the pardon power. George Mason argued that the presidentโ€™s pardon power โ€œmay be sometimes exercised to screen from punishment those whom he had secretly instigated to commit the crime, and thereby prevent a discovery of his own guilt.โ€ James Wilson answered that pardons for treason should be available and successfully argued that the power would be best used by the president. Impeachment was available if the president himself were involved in the treason. A proposal for Senate approval of presidential pardons was also defeated.

It is appointed once for a man to die, and then the judgment.

Your case hinges on the fact that one man died, and another man who grew to admire the first man, was born afterwards.

There cannot be a weaker case for reincarnation than that.

Yes, I'm sure such a man is wrong about many things. Nothing personal, I hope, and best luck on finding accomodations tonight.
