2020 Election Security: the bottom line.
Trump intiated a election security task force shortly after he was inaugurated. It was cancelled due to many states not cooperating (Dem states largely)
For 2018 Elections Trump assigned the DHS to be responsible for coordinating activities. DHS created a task force including among others NSA and US CyberCommand. These are closely controlled by Potus as Commander in Chief of Military. 2018 Elections were secure as Q told us for the cyber aspect, Q noted also how they cheat with paper ballots, mail ins, harvesting and noted to Anons how many mail on, paper ballots were printed and who has control of Chain of Custody.
The fraud in 2018 was late and largely occured in the West, Watch CA (after DS and Dems realized the other fraud intiatives, i.e., cyber failed) they hand altered ballots, produced new ballots and prevented R ballots from being counted. The production of manual cheating efforts took time and recounts were designed to buy time, and sure enough 20 or so R seats were flipped to Ds and none flipped from Ds to Rs. (statistical anomoly). I think Q knew and wanted Ds to take house to fulfill objectives of the GA Plan [exposure].
2020 Election these task forces were made permanent, so Potus has confidence NSA and CyberCommand will defend cyber and the key to NSA is to broaden scope to control manual cheating in 2020. There has been many arrests for large quantities of fake IDs and USDOJ has taken action to notice states not requiring Voter ID, and licensing Illegals that Election Security concerns exist. FBI and other LEOs will need to be successful in preventing harvesting of D ballots and suppression of R ballots (hiding/destroying them). The NSA should be able to determine sources Foreign and Domestic and we should be able to limit/mitigate to a large degree, 'on the ground'.

All in all controlling custody, verifying print counts of paper ballots and monitoring custody/transportation of physical ballots (blank and completed) should do alot to help the manual scams and will be crucial…Having DHS in the lead with NSA and US CyberCommand should keep means and methods outside of complete DS control
'''Getting Voter ID laws in place by 2020 may or may not be possible, but we have come along way to mitigate manual fraud below 2018 levels and Potus polls and approval should well offset any that occurs. Further keep in mind the C_A has many playbooks on systematic election fraud that is used to interefere with Other Countries, so we know the 'book', we also know GS works with C_A to affect that fraud, so no one is in the Dark as to what they do—AND how to counter!
