The Office of Personnel Management do the background investigations (security clearances) for government employees, including military…and…note that government employees have had many problems with their clearances lately…and…many people who shouldn't have clearances have them…and…many who should have clearances don't.

"Report: OPM clearance backlog tops 700,000"

www.federaltimes.com/management/hr/2017/08/29/report-opm-clearance-backlog-tops-700000

And whatever became of the TWO "breaches" of top secret data from OPM??? They were intentional leaks (called 'hacks' to elicit anger against perps) to whomever Obama gave the data to, and we should expect prosecutions for this (OPM Ding Dong Director Katherine Archuleta resigned directly after, but should still be prosecuted):

"In 2015, OPM announced two separate but related cybersecurity incidents that have impacted the data of Federal government employees, contractors, and others"

www.opm.gov/cybersecurity/cybersecurity-incidents

-In June 2015, OPM discovered that the background investigation records of current, former, and prospective Federal employees and contractors had been stolen.

-Earlier in 2015, OPM discovered that the personnel data of 4.2 million current and former Federal government employees had been stolen. This means information such as full name, birth date, home address and Social Security Numbers were affected.

James Comey swore that no data was used by the Chinese hacker (singular) that stole it…and no compensation was awarded to the millions of personnel victimized (families and friends' SSNs and addresses also listed on clearance applications). Comey should be prosecuted for this alone: www.washingtonpost.com/news/federal-eye/wp/2015/07/09/hack-of-security-clearance-system-affected-21-5-million-people-federal-authorities-say/?utm_term=.90577a30ad3d

—-can you imagine how many "spies" and terrorists there are using Americans' SSN's and other top secret clearances to impersonate them? You can create fake military ID's and access military bases all over the world….make diplomatic passports and travel, etc.

…add this to forcefully stolen data by Facebook, Amazon, Google, Reddit, Microsoft, Apple, Equifax [2013-2014] + [2016-2017], TransUnion [2013, 2017], and Experian [2015]…at what point do these hacking 'coincidences' become mathematically impossible? How many hackers have been prosecuted?? Barely any US govt entities during the GWB or Obama administrations ever prosecuted (((them))) for obvious reasons.
