LA Co. Recorder, 2016, hired about 50 kids, High School, maybe early college, to "transfer" votes from one ballot to another. One kid was even wearing an Obama shirt.
They were all just marking new ballots with info from the filled out ballot.
And the people were shocked that I had a problem with it. "What do you mean? Those people checked a box under penalty of perjury that they were eligible to vote! Penalty of perjury!"
