Let us pray, anons.
O God, creator, Divine Spirit,
Thank you so much for the gift of life. We marvel at the intricacy of Your creation.
Thank you for giving your Son, Jesus, that we might have eternal life.
You are the God of justice. The lawgiver.
You are the way, the truth, and the life.
We pray that we may ever grow in knowledge, understanding, and wisdom.
We pray for those who were injured or killed today, and for their families.
We pray for our leaders and our country – please shower them with blessings and keep them safe.
Finally we pray for those who are enemies of the truth. May their eyes be opened.
In Jesus' name we ask these things.
