The way the DNC can mobilize overnight like they just did with Biden tells me that some kind of declass will have to happen before the election because if we don't win back the house, and get sixty solid senators too, nothing will get done again. So maybe C b4 D is Convention before Declassification, so that when the Declas happens it takes out the Dem nominee and they are left in a scramble but the risk is the Normz will believe the media when they scream "election interference" : no one still seems to care about corruption in Ukraine. But if Trump wins the popular vote it will not matter as all those stupid states that changed their laws about the national popular vote will have to have their electorals go red. heads will pop everywhere. Look for Trump rallies in big blue states through the summer as the electoral college is just a swerve now after he got them to knee-jerk react to Hillary's very slight popular vote last time; that amount of votes to make up is a rounding error in most applications
