The EU is going to have to pull the trigger and close all EU perimeter borders. Italy looks to be an incubator, though, so EU member states are pretty much fucked, since I don't see how they can close their individual borders.

UK could deal the EU a death blow if the virus spreads and Johnson shuts down all inbound. EU member states don't have that luxury, they have to listen to Brussels. They need to regain control of their borders.
