Everything he appeared to do against Potus wishes was exactly what needed to be done.

Potus can't kiss Sessions a** as they have to keep the game going that Sessions is a independent thinker and not a Potus lapdog.

Why?

Sessions kicked off virtually all the investigations that are coming to fruition. He cleaned house at DOJ, started Epstein investigation, appointed Huber, Durham, and a ton of other stuff.

Since Day 1 in Office (and likely before by MIL) Potus has been running a counterIntel Op. FISA goes both ways.

Noone knew exactly how the cabal has the power it does, even Potus has been saying lately 'I had no idea how deep the swamp really was'.

In order to remove the power, you need to identify the power structures, modes and methods.

By running a counterIntel Op tracing things back to decision makers, handlers, etc, the leaders can be identified, for if not they would continue doing what they do when all the guilty puppets are removed. Removing guilty puppets does little for the GA if things truly are going to change.

Potus can be assured also that if he and the other Senate contender are in a dead heat, that one rally will put Sessions up by 10pts.

What do you think are odds Potus will do a JS rally? I say if there is a viable D contender 99% and if not much less. Potus will do what it takes to get a Conservative R in, just enough no more though.

Also Potus very well may at some point let the world know Sessions was his ace, just to rub it in and troll the DS provided things are far enough along/in control.
