There was a ruling that was passed where you could not used identity theft as a crime to deport illegal aliens. That identity theft and being immigration fraud could not be tried at the same time. I remembered reading it. It's because identity theft is a felony and illegal border crossing is a misdemeanor. In there are laws that state if multiple crimes are committed for ilelgal immigration, they are automatically deported. Also. many illegals will get busted for immigration fraud BEFORE being busted as an illegal alien. If this case happened, the identity theft was not considered to be held against the crime of illegal immigration. It's all fucked up in favor of illegals and keep court cases down..

Frankly if the courts are that clogged we really need to double the number of judges.
