Biden is going to pick an Obama to be VP and it isn't Michelle.

The naysayers say look at the 22nd amendment, specifically section 1. Elected is the key word. Elected to the office of President. If BO ran as VP, he is not elected to the office of President. If Biden steps down, he still isn't elected.
