MSDNC Chris Hayes

Having watched the Schumer clipa few times, it really was out of line! Not just for norms reasons (though I think those matter) but also because idle threats are dumb and expose impotence. Also the intelligence community stuff was weird and bad too.

SEATTLE — Facebook said Wednesday it will close its Seattle office until March 9 after one of its contractors tested positive for COVID-19 and recommends all of its employees work from home for the rest of the month as coronavirus spreads in the state.

Tracy Clayton, aspokesperson for the social media giant said a contractor based in the Stadium East Office was diagnosed with coronavirus. The office will be closed until next week, marking the end of the contractor's incubation period. King County health officials said all Facebook sites should work from home until March 31.

"We’ve notified our employees and are following the advice of public health officials to prioritize everyone’s health and safety,” Clayton said.

Clayton said the infected contractor was last in the office Feb. 21.
