June Medical Services v. Russo

Schumer lost his ever lovin' damn mind yesterday when he threatened Kavanaugh and Gorsuch. What got him so worked up? The preservation of human life. Innocent babies to be exact.

The dispute before the court is centered on the constitutionality of a 2014 law known as the Louisiana Unsafe Abortion Protection Act, which requires doctors who perform abortions in Louisiana to have the right to admit patients to a hospital within 30 miles of the place where the abortion is performed.

The challengers of the law are "doctors" who kill babies at an abortion clinic (June Medical Services, LLC). They say having go to the hospital and get admitting is too hard. WAAA! But anons know the truth. These sick fucks want to make it so any whack job with a coat hanger can kill babies in their basement or garage, no questions asked. If they have to get permission from the hospital to kill babies alot of them wouldn't pass psych test let alone get the ok to murder babies for molloch.

Here's the kicker, the law hasn't even taken effect yet. So basically the baby killers are bitching that having to go get admission rights is too troublesome yet they haven't even gone to ask for admission rights yet. It's like saying the cake is disgusting without ever having a bite. Even worse, Elizabeth Murrill, the Louisiana Solicitor General, arguing to protect the sanctity of life in this case, told the justices that there was evidence that the challengers who had applied for admitting privileges had โ€œsabotaged their own applications.โ€

There are several issues at play in June Medical Services v. Russo. The one that has received the most attention so far is relatively simple: the question of whether the state of Louisiana has the right to enact an admitting-privileges law, or whether that law violates Americansโ€™ right to an abortion as set forth in Roe v. Wade and elsewhere.

As we know Roe v. Wade says a woman has the right to an abortion. But June Medical Services isn't a pregnant woman. The right to an abortion belongs to pregnant people seeking the procedure, ordinarily they would have to be the ones to bring suit. But all these abortion cases being fought in courts aren't by "normal everyday women", who want to fight the system for he right to snuff a kid. Which in america they have the right to do, sadly. These cases are always being brought on by abortion clincis with deep pockets (probably all Planned Parenthood funded) from special interest groups. Making them third parties. To be bluntโ€ฆ they need to mind their own fucking business.

Kagan, RBG, and Sotomayor definitely want to kill the babies. Eyes on that Roberts faggot who got all nervous about his buddy Eric Ciaramella during peach mint. As he goes, so goes the legal precendt of our country. What a faggot.

@1:07 he says POTUS talked to his daughter and was being super nice. Then later goes out of his way to bash him, even inferring that POTUS was some kind of pervert about his daughter. Either POTUS was super nice with your daughter or was pervy. Decide Bill.
