A highly experienced pilot would have immediately noticed the flaps up and said something on the voice recorder. Not to mention, he would have noticed that the deicing was shut off much earlier. Probably, the pilot turned on the deicing, noticed it working and then thought about other things. Then after a moment or wo the QRS11 guy turns it off to prep for a stall. And as the plane descends, the QRS11 guy flips up the flaps, does the maneuver that throws the plane into a roll, and its game over.

There is a tendency of people to find the MOST LIKELY victim and then assume that they have explained the crash. But in this case, Q has said

Why do anything. Since 1991 they were allowed to return to Crimea. Many of them did but they were repressed by the Ukrainians and their own Mafia.
